Abstract: Based on the theory of gear mesh, the contact line equation of involute offset cylindrical worm gearing, which is consisted of an involute helical gear with few teeth and a face gear in substance, is obtained. Furthermore, in order to investigate the influence of design parameters on the performance of contact line, numerical simulation of which is carried out.
Analysis results indicate that an appropriate increase in helix angle and modulus as well as the teeth number of worm, reduction in the teeth number of worm gear can make the contact line performance better. Abstract: To know the influence of deterministic system error to navigation system well, so the precision index of gyroscopes and accelerometers, which are the main components of rate azimuth platform inertial navigation system, and initial calibration precision, can be put forward. Based on the error equations, the characteristic equation of rate azimuth platform inertial system is established, and the solutions of the error equation under static state are obtained with analytical method, and the system error characteristics caused by the accelerometer drifts are analyzed.
Abstract: Based on electromechanical system dynamics model of 3-axis NC positioned, together with the general nonlinear decoupling control theory, the decoupling control method of NC 3-axis positioned is proposed in this paper. In order to control each axis and the simulation of the decoupling control, the Simulink platform of MATLAB soft is used to build a electromechanical system simulation model for NC positioned.
